About the Event

Ethnic Expo is held the second weekend of October. The event celebrates cultures that come together in Columbus, Indiana to create a vibrant, welcoming community. Ethnic Expo is one of the largest and most beloved local festivals. Participants can enjoy international cuisine, an international market, Biergarten, multiple stages of entertainment acts, and a featured Host Country corner with food and entertainment.

Presenting Sponsor ($25,000 or more)

• 2023 Ethnic Expo presented by (Your Company name)
• Space to place your company’s banner on City Hall lawn starting the first week of September (Banner must meet sign requirements by the City of Columbus Planning Department).
• Included in all radio/vlog interviews
• Sponsor name/logo listed on all internet, media and print coverage as the Presenting Sponsor (billboards, posters, flyers, website, radio, social media & banners)
• Website will include a press release from presenting sponsor company
• Thank-you announcements on the Main Stage both days of Ethnic Expo

Platinum Sponsor ($10,000 or more)

• Recognition on sponsor banner hanging on the Main stage, listing all platinum sponsors
• Sponsor name/logo listed on all internet and print coverage as a Platinum Sponsor (billboard, posters, flyers, radio, website, social media, and banners)
• Thank-you announcements on the Main Stage both days at Ethnic Expo
• Name mention of Platinum Sponsorship at each performance
• 1-minute video on social media to promoting company and reason for partnering with Ethnic Expo
• Monthly social media posts – work together to coordinate branding
