International Bazaar Booth

Definition:  Must represent a country and 90% of wares must be made in the country you represent.

Booth Fees:

For Profit – $250

Not-for-Profit – $150 (must have tax exempt #)

Single booth space includes

• • 10’ x 10’ covered tent
  • two 6’ tables
  • two chairs
  • central trash containers
  • one parking space per booth
  • night lighting

International Food Booth

Definition:  Must represent a country (only two representatives per country allowed) and offer a full menu.  Coke is the official drink sponsor of Ethnic Expo.

Booth Fees:

For Profit Single – $400

For Profit Double – $550

Not-for-Profit (must have tax exempt #) Single – $300

Not-for-Profit (must have tax exempt #) Double – $400

Single booth space includes:

• • 10’ x 10’ covered tent
  • electrical outlets
  • three 6’ tables
  • three chairs
  • central trash containers
  • limited space in refrigeration truck (first come-first serve basis)
  • local ice vendor
  • grease barrel
  • barrel for charcoal disposal
  • water
  • two parking spaces per booth
  • night lighting
